Verified Super Sabiha... It'd been a GREAT experience being with Sabiha... I had not planned to go for a heritage walk however I decided to give it a try around 9 in the night and straight away got her contact details for the next day trip and then I saw myself roaming in the city, getting that old historical vintage vibe and knowledge on every single lane.. I was amazed with her historical knowledge to be honest and she made it feel so light I didn't realize that I've met her only an hour before.. She also suggested me the next visit places as I was with my mother and was travelling to Jodhpur for the first time.. She made us feel so safe during entire time with her.. The most wonderful tour with a lovely lady! We were travelling with Audley travel who organised the tour for us……. Sabiha is warm, genuine and extremely well educated.. her tour is beautifully put together and we had such fun, we went off the beaten track a few times…. Highlights , too many to mention but roof top bar at sunset will live with us forever….My partner talks about Jodhpur being her favourite city if the holiday ….. Sabiha has to take a lot of the credit for that! I must say that I'm a solo woman traveler and when I have the possibility I prefer to have female guides. I connected with Sabiha on so many levels. Thank you Sabiha.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Such an unforgettable experience I’m so happy we found SUBIHA to be our guide, we wanted a female guide, as 2 senior females, we felt more comfortable and safe with a women. She is a fully licensed, registered tour guide for the whole of Rajasthan, we were in Jodhpur, the famous blue city. She was an incredibly lovely lady, we were met with such a huge friendly smile and a hug, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very accommodating of our needs, she took us all around where we wanted to go, advising us on things we would probably have missed, she was very knowledgable. She accommodated our need to rest for a brief while and have a drink which we were very grateful for too. While resting she would chat about other interesting points about the city such as, why the buildings are painted blue? We went to visit Umaid Bhagwan Palace, Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada which was a beautiful museum.At the end of our tour, she showed us the Clock tower in the market place that is believed to have been bought from the same company who provided the clock tower in London (BIG BEN). This is situated in the huge market place, where she then helped us do some shopping. She bartered for us and ensured we were not being ripped off with prices, as this can happen. She got us the best prices. We were even lucky to see a wedding party where we were pulled into dance with the wedding party, this was such an added bonus for us, she took pictures for us and explained that weddings in India go on for days.
